How do you get baby butt skin on ur face?

idk if this is the prob but, every night before I go to bed, my dad kisses me goodnight and he has a prickly beard ouch!! right where he kisses me I get acne or at least little bumps that aren't even acne pls help me also if u know any good acne probs that be awsum! BTW I am not like 30 livin with my parents haha im a teen
