I'm 14 and I need to know about shaving my pubic and other unwanted hair?

Hi I'm a 14 yr old boy and I shaved my pubes the other day bc I hate all that hair and I don't think my girl would like it either. Now it itches sooo bad nd it's all prickly feeling and stuff. It's not red though and I've tried lotion and baby powder and it doesn't help. I also need to know what to do about my hair on my anus and legs. My legs are extremely hairy for my age and idk if I should shave them or leave them like they are. Please help
