Hair on chin... I am a girl?

I'm 15 and i have some hair under my chin...its about 15 or so. I just noticed it this year and i have to shave it everyday... the hair is not long enough to be plucked its prickly and i am so tired of doing this everyday its really embarrassing and i am so tired of doing it. =/ I feel really embarrassed about it and i went to the doctor she didn't say anything about it as she thinks this could be connected with why i don't get my period. She won't give me anything until i go see her on July 11th... Please help me on what else i can do!! i tried waxing but it didnt work as the hair is just prickly and not long! It even gives me a 5 o clock shadow.It is very course too. Not fine. I can't do it anymore :[
