Can you help me identify this guitar track?

I'm trying to learn this blues track in the background of this clip about an old hot rodder named Ron Stetter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjhIeUqVGTQ I've heard it in local commercials and a few other places (documentaries...etc) so it must be a commercially available track. The tabs or some instructions would be a special bonus. Or if anyone is willing to teach it me that would be cool as well.
