How long for kitten whiskers to grow back?

Awww that is sad and messed up ! What is wrong with that kid !!! I wanna smack him! I love cats too I have three I had a rime where my mom was trimming my cat and she accidentally gOt the whiskers mixed in and I took bout 2 week or more to get half way and bout a month or so to get full but idk it might bot be the same I hope that helps (:
