I get this itchy skin rash every summer, on my back,?

always in the same area (,shoulder blade region) its so uncomfortably irritating, so much so, I cant go into he sunshine as it flare up and I go crazy with this prickly heat , Please , have you had this ,and what did you do to alleviate it,
