Irritated prickly pubic hair after trimming for guys HELP!?

Im only 15 so I dont have or need a razor of any sort, so I use l had hair trimming scissors to try to trim my pubes short, but after I did that, about an hour later, they felt extremely irritated and itchy and prickly as a cactus. Since I don't really have shaving cream or a razor and I can't ask my parents for them to buy me any cuz I don't hav any hair anywhere else (for someason), what can I do to help and prevent this to happen again? The itchiness is constant and mercilessy bothering me nonstop no matter what position I sit/stand in and no different clothing seems to help me (underwear styles, shorts, etc.) HELP ME!!!
