Itchy bumps on my vagina? PLEASE HELP?

I'm 13 y/o and just recently (yesterday or so) I noticed itching near my vagina. When I went to check it, there were little red bumps near my vagina and they looked a little prickly. They weren't like pimples or anything, they were like tiny red itchy icicles on the inner lips near my vagina. (sorry if this sounds gross to you) It hurts when I walk and it itches a lot. I'm not sexually active, by the way, and my period is in 2 weeks or so. What is this?
