Legalize Marijuana 2011?

Ron Paul and Barney Frank teamed up and introduced a bill to legalize marijuana at the end of this year on the federal level. The Global Commission on Drug Policy, a high-level international commission, earlier this month declared the global "war on drugs" a failure and urged nations to consider legalizing cannabis. Studies have proven marijuana deaths is less than murder, alcohol, tobacco, all other drugs combined. In fact, there has never been a death from marijuana in over 4000 years of written history nor causes no damaging effects. Don't it seem only reasonable to legalize it and stop wasting billions of US dollars trying to stop something less harmful than soda pop and coffee???
