Why is this happening to me? whats wrong!!!!?

Back in March i found out i had a uti i amitt i didnt take my meds right sooo on april 29 my skin started to feel like it was burning like a stingy feeling then when cool air is blowing in me a cool minty feel i got scared went back to the doctor apirl 29 i found out i still had a uti one doc said it was a bad ND THAT MY SENSATIONS ARE PROBABLY RELATED TO THAT..SCARED!!! got meds called cipro i took the meds everything gets better started takin vitiman b 12 everything then my vagina starts to get sore starts to itch so im thinking its related to the antibotics okay i tired to wait it out went back to doctor got Fluconazole Tablets itching went away but burning stayed but not so much on my vagina but my outer inner thigh and other areas started to have that burning hot sensation..NO RASHES NO SORES NO BUMPS NOTHING!!! GOT TESTED FOR STDS NOTHING!!! EVERYTHING NEGATIVE!!! my skin irritation moves around on me sometimes on the top of my feet my neck my arm just different places im SCARED!!! so now my lower teeth in the front has this tingling like prickly feeling my lips feel crazy to..lol but sirously NO REDNESS NO PAIN NO SORES!! i feel like im going crazy can this be HERPES OR SOMETHING IM REALLY SCARED??? my husband dosent have stds he got tested as well..i have been this way a month plus everything has been crazy for me sence i got my tubes tied on march the 8th...somebody please help me
